So what happens at a coaching session?  How does it work?

Initially we will book an intake session.  This will often take around and hour and a half to two hours.  This enables you and your coach to build a rapport, for your coach to establish what it is that you would like support with and for you to understand what will happen during your sessions and how you’ll proceed

You and your coach will also agree on how your sessions will be carried out, this could be face to face or via the phone/Skype/Facetime, the frequency of your sessions and how many you’ll undertake.

Your Coach is professional trained and has the experience, skills and knowledge to use coaching questions, development tools and profiling to draw out from you your strengths, values & beliefs, negative assumptions and priorities to help you create a positive, focused mindset with a clear perspective.  Coaching enables you to achieve your goals and aspirations along with making positive changes to your mindset, more quickly than if you continued to try on your own.

At the end of each session you will have written your realistic, achievable action plan.  Your list of things you will be committed to do, enabling you to reach your goal, improve your current situation or just finally get something done!
