The founder, Vicki Fennell, started the company in 2016, following a successful 20 year career in the Audio Visual and Live Events industry as a Key Account and Business Development Manager.
Since qualifying as a Personal Performance Coach, Vicki has coached individuals focused on their personal and career achievements and those who recognise that defining their direction and goals will significantly improve and change their mindset, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Working with organisations, Vicki combines Performance Coaching, Positive Psychology, and Strengths based development, to help them create positive wellbeing cultures. Research highlights that improving mental health in the workplace should not only be about managing stress, but should also look at enhancing the work environment, culture, ethos and employees personal wellbeing and growth. Creating a positive wellbeing environment can reduce and prevent stress-related absence and staff turnover, as well as encourage and improve performance and productivity.
As a former member of the RAF and RAF Reserve, Vicki understands first hand the challenges often encountered by Military Personnel during and beyond their resettlement in to civilian life. Combined with her experience and knowledge of the corporate environment, she has a unique skill set enabling her to successfully help members of the British Armed Forces through this often difficult period.
