I have always been passionate about helping people to believe in themselves, think positively and aim to be the best they can. As a manager, I focused on giving people opportunities to develop their skills, gain experience and enhance their knowledge enabling them to grow and develop within themselves and their career.
I was at career crossroads in 2014, when I decided to continue my personal development and began my coaching qualification. Having benefited from working with a Professional Coach it was a support intervention I knew would enable me to help others make the significant, positive changes to their lives and careers, enabling them to achieve the goals and aspirations they desired.
I work with individuals and small teams and continue to coach people through the many various changes they face daily.
I have also worked with two special groups of individuals, Youth and Military personnel. Coaching youngsters aims to set them up for a positive future of taking ownership and being able to manage choices and challenging situations. Working with our Armed Forces allows them to develop a plan for their resettlement from the Military in to a successful civilian career and life.
As a coach I won’t offer my advice or opinions, but will work with you, test your assumptions with positive questions, guide your action planning and most importantly really listen to what you are saying.
Prior to starting my own business I was a sales and business development manager, working for over 20 years in the Audio Visual and Event Production Industry. However, my working life began as a member of the Royal Air Force and then continued in the late 90’s in RAF Reserves.
