I love to help people to understand their true value and believe in themselves.  I began my working life on Saturdays and in school holidays working in a shop in Oxford, selling marmalade and jams!  My heart was set on joining the RAF which I did at the tender age of 17.  A short spell in RAF lead to the beginning of my civilian jobs starting out in reception and admin roles and falling in to sales and business development.  In the late 90’s I re-joined the RAF as a Reservist and enjoyed a    great 4 years in Air Movements, where I met my now husband.  I enjoyed a long career in the ever changing world of events and audio visual production, leading a strong team for a major player in the industry and developing key skills and self confidence.

In 2014 after a health scare, I reflected on my life and the jobs I’d done and wondered what the next five years would hold for me.  Did I still want to do sales? and if not, what should I do?  I’d had a coach a few years before to support me through some challenging times and I understood the advantages and benefits of having a conversation with one.

I have always had a passion for encouraging and supporting individuals to become the best they can be.  I made the decision to follow my passion and qualified as a Performance Coach before creating Ebb and Flow. Promoting the benefits of coaching and working with a variety of individuals and teams, both privately and within organisations, I also specialise in Military Resettlement coaching and support.

I am a true believer in the power of coaching and the positive benefits it brings for all facing change or seeking to overcoming challenges.
